- In quiet position and surrounded by chestnuts and oaks woods, enjoy of a wonderful panoramic view over the Mugello valley and behind over the Falterona mountain, from which the Arno springs. It is recommended for a relaxing and beautiful holiday. The property is very big and there are different trekking ways along the woods. At clientÂ’s disposal a nice swimming pool in panoramic position, the big equipped garden, barbecue. Furthermore you can taste the products of the farm and enjoy the tasteful kitchen of the owner.

- Route descritpion: from Pisa/Roma: From A12 Genova-Livorno, exit in Viareggio and follow to Firenze. Then A1 Firenze-Roma direction Roma, exit in Firenze Sud. You connect with a speedway, after 1 km exit right in Bagno a Ripoli. Follow to Pontassieve for ca. 15 km. At the roundabout follow on the right to FORLi’/RUFINA/AREZZO/CONSUMA. At the end of the large road turn left in direction FORLI’. After the village Rufina follow some more km in directio Forli and when you reach the place “Contea” turn right in direction Londa. In Londa turn right over the bridge and then left. Follow the indication first to Vierle, then to Bucigna and after this to Consuma, but do not leave the main road you have taken. After the sing to Consuma, follow for 1 km and then turn left in direction "CASA PASSERINI - Sanbucheta”, . Follow the steep unpaved and then the cemented road until you reach ater ca 1200 meter the entrance to Casa Passerini From Bologna/Milano: Motorway A1 Milano-Roma, Exit in Barberino Mugello, follow for Borgo San Lorenzo, then Vicchio/Dicomano. After Dicomano (ca. 3 km) turn left in direction Londa. From Londa as above
